Rules for admins to follow

[ Section 1. ]

Be respectful to others. Be helpful. Keep excessive language to a minimum. Do not bash, flame, troll, or personally attack members or, other admins. If caught doing this, you will be warn, and/or possible demoted. if behavior continues in the future; you will be removed from group and, blocked.

only remove comments as a last resort. This group believes in free speech and will only remove comments if after the Deviant continues their behavior after being warn a certain number of times. if you remove a comment you must reply why you are removing the comment so other members and admins know why it's being done. There will be things like a three strike rule for this, depending on the nature of it is. In most cases the deviant will just be removed from the group, and possible band. This does not result in removed comments. But, you will still have to state the rules being broken to them.

Example: This comment is in violation; Rule 3. From section 1,under members rules and as a result has been hidden.

This comment is in violation; Rule 3. From section 1,under members rules and as a result you have been kicked from the group.

[Section 2. ]

1. Be respectful of others' opinions. This means to not bash others for their taste of music. you can voice your distaste of a certain band/artist, or genre, but can not put down, or, personally attack a member, or, admin just because they like a band you hate. Discussion is encourage, but keep it clean. Do not call someone a "poser" because you think they listen to "fake" metal, or "fake" rock. It's called a sup-genre for a reason.

2. Only remove comments as a last resort.  As stated before in section one, this group believes in free speech and will only censor comments If a deviant continues a certain behavior against the rules of the group after being warn a certain number of times; the comment will be hidden, and deviant possible ban from the group in the result.

Will be a link on explaining what to do when circumstances call for a comment to be hidden and a deviant being blocked from the group.

3. ask before making a review of music or, band/artist. This group will have assigned bloggers, they will be listed under, "Reviewers". we wish to keep this group as orderly as possible for future growth. Each Reviewer, the main bloggers will have their own genre they will be assigned. Any admin will be able to become a main blogger, but it will be a limited number. after we have a certain number we will brake it off as just Bloggers. members and admins will be listed, but it will only be the ones who frequently write blogs. This group will be broken up in to jobs. both, admins and members who show a desire to, will be assigned a task to do. Members who adamantly do a task will be promoted to, "contributer."
